摘要
论文以荔湾3-ICEP平台的火炬臂实际建造过程为例,详细介绍了大型火炬臂的建造方法;因考虑陆地最大运输能力,提出了分段建造及分段试装的方法。分段建造能够很好地解决占用场地的问题,并且能够更好地满足尺寸控制,便于尺寸调整,为后续火炬臂的建造提供便利条件,使得火炬臂整体组装之后满足海洋工程规范要求。
Taking actual flare boom construction process on Liwan 3-1CEP platform as an example, a method of construction of large flare boom is described in detail. Considering the maximum transport capacity on the land, a method with block assembly and temporary installation is put forward. Block assembly should be a very good solution to the problems in the space occupied, and be able to meet the requirement in dimensional control and resizing. That provides convenient conditions for the subsequent construction of flare boom. The whole flare boom after assembly meets the specifications for marine engineering.
