摘要 新型移动式井口平台桩腿与桩靴连接位置结构的疲劳对其长期安全服役至关重要。基于谱疲劳分析原理,结合规范对移动式平台的规定,建立了新型移动式井口平台桩腿与桩靴连接位置结构的谱疲劳分析方法,并在某移动式井口平台上应用。结果表明:移动式井口平台的4个桩腿与桩靴连接位置结构的疲劳寿命沿桩靴的周向差异明显;桩腿板单元疲劳寿命最短,辐射板的疲劳损伤受桩靴内部强梁布置的影响较大;土壤刚度对连接位置结构的疲劳损伤沿周向的分布及大小产生影响。 Fatigue of the connection between the leg and spudcan of a novel mobile wellhead platform is important to its long-term safe service.Based on the principle of spectrum fatigue analysis and the recommendations of the mobile platform standards,this paper proposes a spectral fatigue analysis method for the connection between the leg and spudcan.The method is illustrated in detail and its application to the fatigue evaluation of a wellhead platform is demonstrated.It is indicated that the fatigue lives of the connections for the four legs along the circumference of the spudcan are different.The fatigue life of the leg plate elements is the shortest and the fatigue damage of the radial plate is greatly influenced by the internal configuration of the spudcan.The soil stiffness has an impact on the circumferential distribution and magnitude of the fatigue damage at the connection,making the evaluation results not necessarily conservative.
