摘要
目的:观察改良全髋关节置换术治疗髋臼骨折术后并发创伤性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年8月—2023年8月莒县人民医院收治的80例髋臼骨折术后并发创伤性关节炎患者资料,根据治疗方法的不同,将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。研究组采用改良全髋关节置换术治疗,对照组采用传统全髋关节置换术治疗。对比两组髋关节功能、治疗效果、疼痛程度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组Harris髋关节功能评分量表评分高于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在髋臼骨折术后并发创伤性关节炎患者的治疗中,改良全髋关节置换术效果良好,能够改善患者髋关节功能,缓解疼痛程度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified total hip replacement in the treatment of patients with traumatic arthritis after acetabular fracture.Methods:The data of 80 patients with traumatic arthritis after acetabular fracture treated in Juxian People’s Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 40 cases each.The study group was treated with modified total hip replacement,while the control group was treated with traditional total hip replacement.The hip function,treatment effect and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Harris Hip Function Scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the pain Visual Analogue Scale score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with traumatic arthritis after acetabular fracture,modified total hip replacement has good effect,can improve the hip function of patients,relieve the degree of pain,and has clinical application value.
