摘要
目的探讨拉伸训练联合肌内效贴治疗足底筋膜炎(PF)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月—2023年12月广东药科大学附属第一医院中医科收治的56例PF患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组采用拉伸训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用肌内效贴治疗。比较两组的疼痛程度、踝关节功能、平衡能力。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(3.03±0.82)分,低于对照组的(3.85±0.83)分,美国足与踝关节协会踝-后足评分系统、Berg平衡量表评分分别为(62.13±9.57)分、(37.79±3.76)分,均高于对照组的(56.35±10.73)分、(34.22±2.13)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉伸训练联合肌内效贴治疗PF的效果显著,疗效持续且稳定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of stretching training combined with kinesio taping in the treatment of plantar fasciitis(PF).Methods Fifty-six patients with PF admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with stretching training,and the observation group was treated with kinesio taping on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,ankle joint function and balance ability were compared.Results After treatment,the visual analogue score of the observation group was(3.03±0.82)points,which was lower than(3.85±0.83)points of the control group,the scores of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle-Hindfoot Scale and the Berg Balance Scale were(62.13±9.57)points and(37.79±3.76)points,which were higher than(56.35±10.73)points and(34.22±2.13)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stretching training combined with kinesio taping has a significant effect in the treatment of PF.The curative effect is continuous and stable,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
