摘要
目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年1月于枣庄市峄城区人民医院特保门诊就诊的120例老年原发性高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用厄贝沙坦治疗,两组均持续治疗10周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量、血压水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的健康状况调查问卷中各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的效果良好,可改善患者血压水平,提升其生活质量,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension.Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients with primary hypertension who received medical treatment in the special care outpatient clinic of Geriatrics Department of Yicheng District People's Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate,while the observation group was treated with irbesartan on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 weeks.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,blood pressure level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all dimension scores in 36-item Short-From health survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate has a good effect in the treatment of elderly primary hypertension,which can improve the blood pressure level and improve the quality of life of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
