摘要
目的基于文献计量分析青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)的治疗现状和研究热点。方法检索Web of Science核心集数据库中关于AIS治疗的相关文献,检索时间为2013年10月31日至2023年10月31日。采用VOSviewer软件对文献进行基础信息量化、作者、国家和机构的可视化分析,使用CiteSpace软件进行关键词共现、聚类和突现分析以及参考文献共被引分析。结果经过筛选最终纳入629篇文献,发文量最多的作者、国家和机构分别为Newton PO、美国和中国香港大学。出现频次最多的3个关键词为青少年特发性脊柱侧弯、器械和手术,聚类最广的3个聚类为混合设备、支架治疗和脊柱后路融合术,关键词突现发现运动疗法、患者的平衡功能和疼痛成为近年来的研究热点。参考文献共被引分析发现Negrini S发表的《2016 SOSORT guidelines:Orthopaedic and rehabilitation treatment of idiopathic scoliosis during growth》共被引次数最多。结论运动疗法以及椎体生长调节术是未来治疗AIS的热点,在治疗AIS的过程中需更关注患者的平衡功能和机体的疼痛感知。
Objective To analyze the research status and research frontier of the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)based on bibliometrics.Methods The Web of Science core set database was searched for literatures on AIS treatment from Oct.31st 2013 to Oct.31st 2023.VOSviewer was used to quantify the basic information of the literature and to visualize the authors,countries and institutions.Citespace was used for keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergence analysis,as well as reference co-citation analysis.Results After screening,629 articles were finally included.The authors,countries and institutions with the most publications were Newton PO,USA and univ Hong Kong China,respectively.The three most frequently used keywords were adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,instrumentation and surgery.The three largest clusters were hybrid instrumentation,brace treatment,and posterior spinal fusion.Keywords emergence analysis found that exercise therapy,patients′balance function and pain had become the research hotspots in recent years.Reference co-citation analysis found that Negrini S published"2016 SOSORT guidelines:Orthopaedic and rehabilitation treatment of idiopathic scoliosis during growth"was the most frequently cited.Conclusions Exercise therapy and vertebral growth regulation will be the hotspots in the treatment of AIS in the future,and in the treatment of AIS more attention should be paid to the process of balance function and the body of pain perception of the patients.
