摘要
目的 分析温通刮痧辅助治疗慢性肩周炎的临床疗效。方法 本研究采用回顾性、单盲法收集2022年2月—2023年11月在东莞市清溪医院进行治疗的81例慢性肩周炎患者的临床资料,根据资料中患者的不同治疗方法分为对照组39例(予关节松动术治疗)和研究组42例(予温通刮痧辅助关节松动术治疗)。对比两组临床疗效,以及麦吉尔疼痛问卷评估(MPQ)和Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表评分。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率(95.24%)高于对照组(79.49%,P <0.05);两组MPQ各评分均降低(P <0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P <0.01);两组Constant-Murley量表中肌力、日常生活能力、疼痛、关节活动度各评分均升高(P <0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论 在慢性肩周炎患者中采用温通刮痧辅助治疗疗效更佳,有利于缓解患者临床症状和疼痛感,帮助肩关节功能恢复。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm Tong Gua Sha in the treatment of chronic periarthritis of shoulder.Methods The clinical data of 81 patients with chronic periarthritis of shoulder treated in Qingxi Hospital,Dongguan City from February 2022 to November 2023 were collected retrospectively by single-blind method.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into a control group of 39 cases(receiving joint loosening treatment) and a study group of 42 cases(receiving joint loosening treatment assisted by warm Tong Gua Sha).The clinical efficacy,McGill pain questionnaire(MPQ),and Constant-Murley shoulder joint rating scale were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(95.24%) was higher than that of the control group(79.49%,P < 0.05);the MPQ scores of both groups decreased(P < 0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P < 0.01).The scores of muscle strength,daily living ability,pain,and joint mobility in the Constant-Murley scales of both groups increased(P < 0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The treatment effect of warm Tong Gua Sha is better in patients with chronic periarthritis of shoulder,which is conducive to relieving clinical symptoms and pain and improving the recovery of shoulder joint function.
