摘要
本文探讨了食品安全在食品工程质量中的重要性,分析了生物性、化学性和物理性等多种影响食品安全的因素。为保障食品安全,本文提出了强化源头控制、提升生产过程控制水平、加大监督检测力度和加强社会共治等对策建议。通过采取全方位、多层次的措施,构建严密的食品安全保障体系,才能保障消费者“舌尖上的安全”,促进食品工业健康发展。
This article explores the importance of food safety in food engineering quality,and analyzes various factors that affect food safety,such as biological,chemical and physical factors.To ensure food safety,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening source control,improving production process control level,strengthening supervision and testing,and enhancing social governance.By implementing comprehensive and multi-level measures,a rigorous food safety guarantee system can be established to ensure the safety of the consumer’s tongues and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
