摘要
基于工业大数据,采用Python语言设计应用程序,实现轴承故障诊断功能,并按照故障类别对其进行分类。通过智能制造工程技术竞赛和科研教学活动的结合,促进教师学习前沿技术,对竞赛内容进行凝练总结,从而实现教学课程内容的改革,达到以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改、以赛促建的目的。
Based on industrial big data,the Python language is used to design the application to realize the bearing fault diagnosis function and classify it according to the fault category.Through the combination of intelligent manufacturing engineering technology competition and scientific research and teaching activities,teachers are promoted to learn Xi cutting-edge technology,condense and summarize the content of the competition,realize the reform of teaching course content,and achieve the purpose of promoting teaching,learning,reform and construction through competition.
