大型饼类锻件锻造改进工艺的研究

摘要 参照某重型企业生产大型饼类平盖锻件的锻造工艺,设计了相似尺寸的几何模型及相关加工过程数据。通过DEFORM仿真模拟,研究了锻造大型饼类锻件的传统镦粗及锥形板镦粗+端部辗平改进工艺的变形规律,从坯料萌生裂纹趋势及应力应变等多项变形指标定量地对比研究了这两种锻造工艺,研究结果对实际大型饼类锻件的生产有重要参考价值。 According to the forging process of a heavy-duty enterprise producing large flat-top forgings of cake type,the geometric model of similar size and the relevant processing data are designed,and simulated by DEFORM,the Deformation Law of traditional upsetting and cone-shaped plate upsetting+end flattening improvement process for large cake forgings is studied,in this paper,the two forging processes are quantitatively compared and studied according to the tendency of crack initiation and the stress-strain of the blank.
