摘要
为了更好地对框架-核心筒酒店在软弱地基区域进行桩基方案设计,以福州某酒店项目为案例进行研究和分析。在分析工程概况、工程地质和水文地质的基础上,对桩基的设计方案进行探讨。结合桩基设计方案,对复合桩基、桩基刚度调平、抗浮设计和协同变形措施等关键设计要素进行研究,并且结合实际监测结果,验证桩基方案的可行性。研究表明,本项目的桩基方案对建筑物具有足够的抗压和抗拔承载力,建筑物的沉降均在变形指标控制范围内。
In order to better design the pile foundation scheme for the framework core tube hotel in weak foundation areas,a case study and analysis were conducted on a hotel project in Fuzhou.On the basis of the analysis of engineering overview,engineering geology,and hydrogeology,the design scheme of pile foundation is studied.Based on the pile foundation design scheme,several key design elements such as composite pile foundation,pile foundation stiffness leveling,anti floating design,and collaborative deformation measures are studied,and the feasibility of the pile foundation scheme is verified with actual monitoring results.Research has shown that the pile foundation scheme of this project has sufficient compressive and tensile bearing capacity for the building,and the settlement of the building is within the control range of deformation indicators.
