玻璃窑炉全生命周期数字化管理的探究

摘要 随着信息化技术的不断应用和发展,数字化应用水平的不断提升,各行各业都迎来了新的工作形式与数字化挑战。而玻璃窑炉全生命周期管理数字化程度相对较低,尤其是在玻璃窑炉生产运维阶段的融合应用还不完善,给玻璃行业的高质量发展带来了相应瓶颈。通过对某1200 t/d光伏玻璃窑炉应用工程仿真软件进行数字化建模得到可视化模型等数字交付物,探索实现窑炉砌筑及生产运维数字化管理的有效途径。 With the continuous development of information technology and the continuous improvement of digital application,all walks of life have ushered in new work forms and challenges in their respective fields.Digital construction provides an important internal driving force for the sustained high-quality development of enterprises.In the past,the digital application of glass furnace whole life cycle management has developed relatively slowly,which brought corresponding problems to the high quality development of the glass industry.Through the application of engineering simulation software for digital modeling of a 1200 t/d photovoltaic glass furnace to obtain visual models and other digital deliverable,to exploreing an effective way to realize the digital management of glass furnace installation and operational maintenance.
