摘要
利用GFM窑炉数学模拟软件对某年产5万吨窑炉能量分布进行模拟研究,调整其窑炉电助熔和燃气能量分布,改变窑炉池底玻璃液温度梯度,分析玻璃均化指数、气泡增长指数以及砂粒增长指数变化对降低玻璃缺陷,提高玻璃质量的影响。
The GFM numerical simulation software for furnaces was used to simulate the energy distribution of a glass furnace with annual output of 50,000 tons for adjusting its electric boosting and fuel gas energy distribution,changing the temperature gradient of molten glass at the furnace bottom and analyzing the influence of glass homogenization index,bubble growth index and sand molting index on reducing glass defects and improving glass quality.
