摘要
包容性绿色增长是在社会公平、协同共进的基础上,推动经济实现绿色可持续发展。基于2020年云南省滇中地区昆明市、玉溪市、曲靖市、楚雄市、蒙自市5个城市的面板数据,从经济发展、社会公平、民生保障、环保效应4个维度构建滇中城市群包容性绿色增长指标体系,并运用熵权法对包容性绿色增长指数进行了测算。结果表明:云南省滇中城市群发展协同效应不足,城市间非均衡发展的问题突出,城市群发展滞后。在未来的发展规划中建议以知识信息、产业协同等资源共享的方式提升滇中城市群发展的协同效应,促进区域经济高效发展。
Inclusive green growth is to promote green and sustainable economic development on the basis of social equity and synergy.Based on the panel data of Kunming,Yuxi,Qujing,Chuxiong and Mengzi in Central Yunnan in 2020,this paper constructs the inclusive green growth index system of central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration from the four dimensions of economic development,social equity,people’s livelihood security and environmental protection,and calculates the inclusive green growth index by using the entropy weight method.The results show that the synergy effect of urban agglomeration development in Central Yunnan is insufficient,the problem of unbalanced development among cities is prominent,and the development of urban agglomeration lags behind.In the future development planning,it is suggested to enhance the synergy effect of urban agglomeration development in Central Yunnan by means of resource sharing such as knowledge information and industrial synergy,so as to promote the efficient development of regional economy.
