阵发性心房颤动患者行高功率上腔静脉电隔离术的效果及安全性

Efficacy and safety of high-power intracavitary vein electrical isolation procedures for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

摘要 目的探讨阵发性心房颤动患者行高功率上腔静脉电隔离术的效果及安全性。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月在郑州大学第一附属医院住院治疗的90例拟同时行上腔静脉电隔离术的阵发性心房颤动患者为研究对象,按照功率分为高功率组与常规功率组,每组45例。两组均在消融指数指导下进行环肺静脉前庭电隔离术,高功率组应用50 W的功率行上腔静脉电隔离术,而常规功率组应用35 W的功率行上腔静脉电隔离术。比较两组上腔静脉电隔离术手术操作时间及并发症发生情况。结果高功率组手术操作时间明显短于常规功率组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高功率上腔静脉电隔离术手术操作时间明显缩短,且不增加并发症发生率,临床安全、有效。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of high-power superior vena cava electrical isolation for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 90 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2021 to May 2022 and intended to receive electric isolation of superior vena cava at the same time were selected as the study objects.They were divided into high-power group and conventional power group according to power,with 45 cases in each group.Circumferential pulmonary vein vestibular isolation was performed in both groups under the guidance of ablation index.In the high-power group,the superior vena cava electrical isolation was performed at 50 W,while in the conventional power group,the superior vena cava electrical isolation was performed at 35 W.The operation time and complications of the superior vena cava isolation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of high power group was significantly shorter than that of conventional power group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions High power electric isolation of superior vena cava significantly can shorten the time,without increasing the incidence of complications,which is safe and effective.
