摘要
对HSE(健康、安全、环境)管理体系在实验室安全管理中的应用进行探讨,深入分析当前实验室安全现状,以高校实验室安全管理实际为例阐述HSE管理体系的整合与实施步骤,通过事故典型案例分析和应用HSE管理体系前后对比分析.结果显示,实施HSE管理体系后,实验室事故发生率显著下降,师生员工安全意识增强,应急响应能力得到提升,为高校实验室安全提供了有效的管理策略和操作指导。
The application of HSE(Health,Safety,Environment)management system in laboratory safety management is discussed,and the current situation of laboratory safety is deeply analyzed.Taking the actual application status of laboratory safety management in Anhui Water Resources and Hydropower Vocational and Technical College as an example,the integration and implementation steps of HSE management system are elaborated.Through the analysis of typical cases of domestic and foreign accidents and the comparative analysis before and after the application of HSE management system,the results show that after the implementation of HSE management system,the incidence of laboratory accidents decreases significantly,the safety awareness of teachers and employees is enhanced,and the emergency response ability is improved.
