摘要
对高校实验室的HSE(安全、环境、健康)管理体系作了全面的阐述。从安全管理角度、环境管理角度、健康管理角度等三方面对高校实验室如何构建HSE管理体系进行了探讨。这是实施实验室国家认可的要求,也是高校实验室走向标准化和现代化的重要标志。
research on the HSE （ Safety, Environmental Science, Health） management system was conuucteo to explore the continuity of college laboratories from the following three aspects：security management,environment management and environment management. This is the implementation requirement of national laboratory accreditation, and an important symbol of the standardization and modernization of college laboratories as well.
