摘要
目的:研究基于预见性理论的优质护理预防手术室发生医院感染的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月贵州省贞丰县人民医院收治的70例手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展基于预见性理论的优质护理模式。比较两组医院感染发生情况、护理质量水平及消毒合格情况。结果:观察组医院感染发生率低于对照组(P=0.039);观察组无菌操作技能、消毒隔离、感染监控、手术室安全管理评分均高于对照组(P=0.001);观察组医护人员手部消毒合格率、空气消毒合格率、物体表面消毒合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于预见性理论的优质护理应用于手术室中,可降低医院感染发生率,提高护理质量及消毒合格率。
Objective:To study the effect of quality nursing based on anticipatory theory to prevent hospital infection occurring in the operating room.Methods:Seventy surgical patients admitted to Guizhou Zhenfeng County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-five cases.The control group applied the routine nursing program,and the observation group carried out the quality nursing model based on anticipatory theory on the basis of the control group.Compare the incidence of hospital infection,the level of nursing quality and the qualified situation of sterilization in the two groups.Results:The incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.039);the scores of aseptic operation skills,disinfection and isolation,infection monitoring,and safety management of the operating room in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P=0.001);and the qualified rate of hand disinfection,air disinfection,and object surface disinfection of the health care personnel in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality nursing based on anticipatory theory in the operating room can reduce the incidence of hospital infection and improve the quality of nursing care and the qualified rate of disinfection.
