摘要
目的 探讨基于院感信息化上报平台管理模式在医院感染管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月广东省英德市妇幼保健院的14 545例住院患者作为研究对象,根据基于院感信息化上报平台管理模式是否开展将其分为对照组(7 270例)和观察组(7 275例)。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组采用基于院感信息化上报平台管理模式。比较两组医院感染发生情况、多重耐药菌感染情况、不同等级抗菌药物使用前送检率及手卫生依从性。结果 观察组医院感染发生率、多重耐药菌感染检出率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组非限制级、限制级、特殊级抗菌药物使用前药敏送检率高于对照组,医师及护士手卫生依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于院感信息化上报平台管理模式有利于预防医院感染的发生,降低医院感染发生率及多重耐药菌感染检出率,提高抗菌药物使用合理性及医护人员手卫生依从性。
Objective To explore the application effect of the management model based on hospital infection information reporting platform in the management of nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 14 545 inpatients in Yingde Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(7 270 cases) and observation group(7 275 cases) according to whether the management model based on hospital infection information reporting platform was developed.The control group adopted the conventional management mode,and the observation group adopted the management mode based on the hospital infection information reporting platform.The incidences of nosocomial infection,infection of multi-drug resistant bacteria,examination rate of different grades of antibiotics before use and hand hygiene compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection and the detection rate of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of drug sensitivity detection before the use of unrestricted,restricted and special antibiotics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the hand hygiene compliance of physicians and nurses were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on the hospital infection information reporting platform is conducive to preventing the occurrence of nosocomial infection,reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection and the detection rate of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection,and improving the rationality of the use of antibiotics and the compliance of medical staff with hand hygiene.
