摘要
目的:探究器械锻炼联合清瘀通络汤在急性脑梗死患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2023年12月西安市周至县人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者80例开展研究,随机分为对照组(接受清瘀通络汤治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上联合器械锻炼治疗),各40例。比较两组临床疗效、康复效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.043);治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表评分均下降,运动功能评估量表、Berg平衡量表评分均上升,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:器械锻炼联合清瘀通络汤治疗急性脑梗死的效果显著,能促进患者神经、运动及平衡能力的康复。
Objective:To explore the application effect of instrument exercise combined with Qingyu Tongluo Decoction in rehabilitation treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods:A total of eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Xi'an Zhouzhi County People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(receiving Qingyu Tongluo Decoction treatment)and observation group(combined with instrument exercise treatment on the basis of control group),with forty cases each.The clinical efficacy and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.043);after treatment,the scores of the national institutes of health stroke scale decreased in both groups,and the scores of the motor function assessment scale and Berg balance scale increased in both groups,the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of instrument exercise combined with Qingyu Tongluo Decoction on acute cerebral infarction is remarkable,which can promote the rehabilitation of nerve,movement and balance ability of patients.
