摘要
通过分析天然气输配管网分布式压差能产生机理并提出回收利用分类模式,对不同模式下压差能回收利用效果的数学计算模型及理论计算值进行研究,利用某城市天然气门站数据进行验证。结果显示,影响天然气场站压差能回收利用的主要因素为天然气压比和低峰小时流量,其项目选址推荐值分别为不低于1.5和5×10^(4) m^(3)/h。场站实际数据计算结果表明,高压比大流量运行工况场站的天然气压差能回收利用是我国未来潜在的天然气输配管网节能减排开发项目。
By analyzing the mechanism of distributed differential pressure energy generation in natural gas transmission and distribution pipeline network and proposing a recycling classification model,the mathematical calculation model and theoretical calculation value of differential pressure energy recovery effect in different modes are studied,and the data of natural gas gate station in a city are used for verification.The results show that the main factors affecting the recovery and utilization of differential pressure energy of natural gas stations are natural gas pressure ratio and low-peak hourly flow,and the recommended values of project site selection are not less than 1.5 and 5×10^(4) m^(3)/h,respectively.The calculation results of the actual data of the station show that the recovery and utilization of natural gas differential pressure of the station under the condition of high pressure ratio and large flow operation is a potential energy-saving and emission reduction development project of the natural gas transmission and distribution pipeline network in China in the future.
