新型天然气管道冰堵预测及抑制技术探讨 被引量:3

摘要 我国天然气管道发生多次冰堵事故,严重影响管道安全运行。目前天然气管道冰堵预防解堵技术较成熟,例如控制气源质量、投产前干燥、注醇、加热和减少节流压差等,但由于管理、安全、经济原因,应用范围有限。提出天然气管道冰堵未来发展方向是预防为主、准确定位和快速解堵。阐述了天然气管道冰堵预警、预测和定位技术,以及新型高效抑制剂技术应用情况,可为解决天然气管道冰堵提供新的途径和方法,提升我国天然气管道安全管理水平。 Many ice blocking accidents have occurred in natural gas pipelines in China,which seriously affect the safe operation of pipelines.At present,the ice blocking prevention and unblocking technology of natural gas pipeline is relatively mature,such as controlling the quality of gas source,drying before commission,alcohol injection,heating and reducing throttling pressure differences.However,due to the management,safety and economic reasons,there are problems with limited application scope.It is proposed that the future development direction of ice blockage in natural gas pipeline is to focus on prevention,fix position accurately and make rapid unblocking.The paper expounds the ice blocking early warning,prediction and positioning technology of natural gas pipeline,as well as the application of new high-efficiency inhibitor technology,which can provide new ways and methods for solving the ice blocking of natural gas pipeline and improving the safety management level of natural gas pipeline in China.
