摘要
目的探讨基于案例的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)与基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合应用于眼科临床带教中的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月于本院眼科实习的80例学制为五年的临床专业实习生为研究对象,根据带教方法差异将其为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采取传统带教法,观察组采取CBL结合PBL教学法,对比两组教学效果及教学满意度。结果带教前,观察组专业理论、实操能力、病例书写、案例分析各项评分与对照组相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);实习结束后观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合PBL教学法在眼科临床带教中应用可显著提升实习生理论水平及实际操作能力,且实习生对带教过程的满意度也得到显著提高。
Objective To explore effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problembased learning(PBL)in ophthalmic clinical teaching.Methods The paper chose 80 clinical interns with a five-year study period interned in ophthalmology department of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to different teaching methods,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional teaching methods,while observation group with CBL combined with PBL teaching methods.Teaching effect and satisfaction degree between two groups was compared.Results Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in scores of professional theory,practical ability,case writing and case analysis between observation group and control group(P>0.05).After internship,scores of observation group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method can improve theoretical level and practical operation ability,and satisfaction degree of interns significantly during ophthalmic clinical teaching.
