摘要
临床见习是医学理论联系实际的桥梁,对达到医学生培养目标至关重要。在不断探索新的临床见习教学模式的过程中,笔者将病案导入式(Case-based Instruction,CBI)教学法应用于心胸外科临床见习教学中,提高了学生的学习积极性和主观能动性,培养了学生的分析能力与临床思维能力,取得了较好的临床教学效果。
Clinical probation is a bridge linking medical theory with practice which plays an importantrole in achieving the cultivation aim to medical students. Being constant exploration of new teaching models of clinical probation in the authors have found that the teaching method of case based instruc tion in clinic probation teaching of cardiothoracic surgery can achieve better teaching effects. It not only improves students' initiative and subjective activity, but also develops ability in analyzing and clinical thought.
