摘要
目前,我国建筑领域有了飞速发展,对于工程造价的依赖性也不断加强。结合以往工程项目的实际情况来说,在工程施工建设的各个环节,工程造价控制都会受到大量因素的影响,致使工程造价控制不够精准,给工程的经济效益造成严重影响。因此,有关人员必须要对工程造价咨询给予足够的重视。本文与芜湖“两级中心”(一期)项目相结合,简单阐述了工程造价咨询对控制工程造价的作用,分析了工程造价咨询对控制工程造价的影响,同时针对提升工程造价咨询作用的有效措施进行了研究。
At present,the construction field in China has developed rapidly,and the dependence on project cost has been continuously strengthened.Combined with the actual situation of previous engineering projects,the project cost control is affected by a large number of factors in all aspects of project construction,resulting in inaccurate project cost control,and seriously affecting the economic benefits of the project.Therefore,the relevant personnel must pay enough attention to the project cost consultation.Combined with the Wuhu“Two-Level Center”(phase I)project,this paper briefly expounds the role of project cost consulting on controlling project cost,analyzes the influence of project cost consultation on controlling project cost,and studies the effective measures to improve the role of project cost consulting.
