摘要
本篇文章首先对工程造价咨询管理风险的基本内容进行概述,从主管单位不明确、不重视合同管理、相关工作人员专业素养有待提升三个方面,对当前工程造价咨询阶段管理与控制的存在的主要问题进行解析,并以此为依据,提出工程造价咨询阶段的管理与控制优化对策。希望通过本文的阐述,可以给相关领域提供些许的参考。
This article begins with an overview of the basic content of project cost management consulting risk,analyzes the main problems existed in the management and control of the current project cost consulting stage from the ambiguity of the supervisory unit,the lack of attention to contract management,and the need to improve the professional quality of the relevant staff,and on this basis proposes the optimization countermeasures,in order to provide some reference for related fields.
