工业企业排风罩选型与排风量计算探讨

摘要 针对排风罩设置原则操作性不强、排风量计算准确度不高问题,从局部排风系统设计出发,遵循优先选用具有尘源密闭效果好排风罩的原则,对排风罩合理选型进行了流程设计;同时对排风量计算进行了归纳总结,明确了控制风速优先按标准要求选取,其次按特定作业内容选取,最后按集气罩类型及污染物种类选取。对排风量计算过程中存在的问题进行探讨,认为应深入挖掘理论计算结果与现场实际之间的密切关联,应在污染气体与周围气流相互作用的气体运动规律上,实现理论层面的突破。研究结果针对局部排风系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。 Aiming at the problem that the setting principle of exhaust hood is not operable and the accuracy of exhaust volume calculation is not high,starting from the design of local exhaust system,following the principle of giving priority to the selection of exhaust hood with good dust source sealing effect,the process design of reasonable selection of exhaust hood is carried out.At the same time,the calculation of exhaust air volume is summarized,and it is clear that the control wind speed is first selected according to the standard requirements,then selected according to the specific operation content,and finally selected according to the type of gas collection hood and the type of pollutants.The problems existing in the calculation process of exhaust air volume are discussed.It is believed that the close relationship between the theoretical calculation results and the actual field should be deeply explored,and the theoretical breakthrough should be realized in the gas movement law of the interaction between the polluted gas and the surrounding airflow.The research results have certain guiding significance for the design of local exhaust system.
