摘要
目的对大连市汽车配件制造企业某毒物超标岗位的通风排毒设施进行改造,分析改造后的通风及排毒效果。方法采用现场职业卫生调查,测量该毒物超标岗位在通风排毒措施改造后甲苯和二甲苯的浓度水平及通风情况。结果采用通风排毒措施后,该岗位甲苯的短时间接触浓度由342.4~346.2mg/m^3降至〈0.4~17.8mg/m^3,时间加权平均浓度由129.1mg/m^3降至〈0.4~6.6mg/m^3;二甲苯的短时间接触浓度由115.2~127.0mg/m^3降至〈0.5mg/m^3,时间加权平均浓度由37.8mg/m^3降至〈0.5mg/m^3,改造后的甲苯和二甲苯检测结果均符合职业接触限值要求。结论采取适宜的通风排毒措施,可以有效地降低该岗位甲苯和二甲苯的浓度水平。
Objective To improve the ventilation facilities of the work site exceeding the standard of toxins in an auto parts manufacturing enterprise in Dalian city,and evaluate the effect of ventilation and detoxification after improvement.Methods Field occupational health survey was conducted to detect the concentration of toluene and xylene and the ventilation after the improvement in the work place. Results After adopting the ventilation improvement,the short term exposure concentration of toluene was reduced from 342.4-346.2mg/m^3to〈0.4-17.8mg/m^3,and the time-weighted average concentration of toluene was reduced from 129.1mg/m^3 to〈0.4-6.6mg/m^3;The short term exposure concentration of xylene was reduced from 115.2-127.0mg/m^3 to〈0.5mg/m^3,and the time-weighted average concentration of xylene was reduced from 37.8 mg/m^3 to 〈0.5 mg/m^3.The concentration of toluene and xylene after improvement was under limits of the occupational exposure. Conclusion is feasible to adopt suitable ventilation measures for reducing the concentration of toluene and xylene.
