摘要
目的分析根管充填中应用iRoot SP单尖充填技术与AH-Plus联合热牙胶充填方案的效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年8月于上海市黄浦区牙病防治所就诊的90例根管治疗患者为研究对象,按照填充材料的不同将患者分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用AH-Plus联合热牙胶充填方案,观察组采用iRoot SP单尖充填方案,无症状后两组均采用全瓷冠修复。比较两组填充质量、牙周情况、咀嚼功能恢复程度、修复体效果及满意率。结果观察组填充质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数低于对照组,咀嚼功能恢复程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组修复体效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组患者满意率为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的82.22%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。结论iRoot SP单尖充填能提高填充质量,且可在提高牙周与咀嚼功能的同时进一步提高患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of iRoot SP single-tip filling technique and AH-Plus combined with hot dental glue filling scheme in root canal filling.Methods A total of 90 patients receiving root canal treatment in Shanghai Huangpu District Dental Disease Prevention and Control Institute from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different filling materials,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was filled with AH-Plus combined with hot dental gule,and the observation group was filled with iRoot SP single-tip filling.After asymptomatic,both groups were restored with all-ceramic crown.The filling quality,periodontal condition,degree of chewing function recovery,restoration effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The filling quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plaque index and gingival sulcus bleeding index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the degree of chewing function recovery was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the restoration effect between the two groups(all P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 82.22%(37/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion The iRoot SP single-tip filling can improve the filling quality,and can further improve the satisfaction of patients while improving the periodontal and chewing functions.
