摘要
城市公交仍是目前国内非一线城市居民基本出行的主要公共交通方式,对保障居民出行、缓解道路拥堵具有重要意义。因其同时具有社会责任与经济属性,公交企业往往需要良好持续运营才能发挥作用。本文针对乘客时间成本和企业运营成本约束下两条线路的公交调度优化问题,利用排队论与粒子群优化算法进行建模求解,提出了一种综合社会经济性的最优运输策略,并从持续运营角度对定价优化进行建议。
Urban public transportation remains the primary mode of public transit for residents in non-frsttier cities in China,playing a signifcant role in ensuring residents'mobility and alleviating road congestion.Due to its dual nature of social responsibility and economic attributes,public transportation enterprises often require good and sustained operations to function effectively.This paper addresses the issue of optimizing bus scheduling for two routes under the constraints of passenger time costs and enterprise operating costs.By utilizing queueing theory and the particle swarm optimization algorithm for modeling and solution,it proposes an optimal transportation strategy that integrates socio-economic factors.Additionally,it ofers suggestions for pricing optimization from the perspective of sustained operations.
