摘要
锂电池全自动卷绕机主要用于完成裸电芯卷绕,卷针是卷绕机的核心机械结构。为了减小卷针结构对卷绕精度的影响,对卷针主体进行了静力学和动力学分析。静态分析的结果表明,卷针的最大变形量为0.0225 mm,完全满足生产的需求。模态分析表明,卷针主体的频率远大于电动机转动频率,不会出现共振。该研究结果有利于提高卷绕机整体的效率和精度。
The lithium battery automatic winding machine is mainly used to complete the winding of bare cores,and the winding needle is the core mechanical structure of the winding machine.In order to reduce the influence of the winding needle structure on the winding accuracy,the static analysis and kinetic analysis of the winding needle body are carried out.The results of static analysis show that the maximum deformation of the winding needle is 0.0225 mm,which fully meets the production requirements.The modal analysis shows that the frequency of the winding needle body is much larger than the rotation frequency of the motor,and no resonance will occur.The results of this study are conducive to improving the overall efficiency and precision of the winding machine.
