摘要
随着ChatGPT在全球范围内迅速掀起热潮,人工智能越来越成为社会中备受关注的议题。智能技术颠覆了传统的信息生产和获取方式,在知识生成、分发、服务方面赋能知识传播。在知识生成方面,智能技术重塑知识生产主体、重构知识产品形态,使人机协同知识生成、智能知识产品生成成为现实;在知识分发方面,通过智能技术赋能,知识分发实现从多平台分发到智能平台分发、从推荐算法分发到智慧式对话式分发的演进,重塑了知识分发的机制和模式;在知识服务方面,智能技术被应用到场景适配、情感陪伴的过程中,提升了用户的知识消费体验,建构了知识服务的新场景。
With the rapid rise of ChatGPT globally,artificial intelligence has increasingly become a hot topic in society.Intelligent technology has disrupted traditional ways of information production and acquisition,empowering the process of knowledge dissemination in the aspects of knowledge generation,distribution,and services.In the stage of knowledge generation,intelligent technology reshapes the knowledge production subject and reconstructs the form of knowledge products,making human-computer collaborative knowledge production and intelligent knowledge production a reality.Concerning the method of knowledge distribution,intelligent technology enables the transition from multi-platform distribution to intelligent platform distribution,and propels the changes from recommendation algorithms to conversational distribution.Concerning knowledge services,intelligent technology has enhanced the user's knowledge consumption experience in terms of scene adaptation and emotional companionship.
