摘要
高中压内缸作为汽轮机的关键部件,其现场更换对电厂的安全稳定运行和维护效率提升具有重大意义。文章围绕660MW超临界汽轮机高中压内缸的现场更换技术进行研究,分析了内缸功能、更换和风险控制等要素,概述了超临界汽轮机主要部件耐高温材料选择、设计优化对提高整体效率和稳定性的影响,剖析了高中压内缸结构,详述了现场更换工程准备,并提出确保更换效率和安全性的策略。
As a key component of steam turbine,the replacement of high pressure inner cylinder on site is of great significance to the safe and stable operation and the improvement of maintenance efficiency of power plant.This paper focuses on the field replacement technology of high pressure inner cylinder of 660MW supercritical steam turbine,analyzes the factors of inner cylinder function,replacement and risk control,summarizes the influence of high﹣temperature material selection and design optimization of main components of supercritical steam turbine on improving the overall efficiency and stability,analyzes the structure of high pressure inner cylinder,and details the preparation for field replacement engineering.Strategies to ensure replacement efficiency and safety are proposed.
