摘要
本文分析了悬吊式直流滤波电容器装置的塔架特点和安装的主要问题,采用空地两用双层平台托架和复合绝缘子夹持器等新研制开发的工装及工艺流程,较好地解决了±800kV特高压悬吊式直流滤波电容器装置的安装工艺难题,保证了±800kV特高压悬吊式直流滤波电容器装置工程应用的顺利进行。
In this paper, the rack feature of suspension DC filter capacitor device and main problem of installation are analyzed. Through the development of the new tooling and process flow for the use of dual purpose air and ground double layer platform rack and composite insulator clamp ,the difficulty of installation process of present +800 kV UHV suspension DC filter capacitor device is solved, the deve- lopment and application of the +800 kV UHV suspension DC filter capacitor project is carried out smo- othly.
