大米中溴氰菊酯残留量的不确定度评定

摘要 为评定QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)测定大米中溴氰菊酯残留量的不确定度。本研究运用气相色谱-串联质谱法测定大米中溴氰菊酯的残留量,并建立不确定度数学模型,评估测定流程中多个环节引入的不确定度,涵盖标准工作液系列配制、校准曲线拟合、样品处理、加标回收实验及仪器分析等关键因素。结果表明,当溴氰菊酯测定含量为0.094 8 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.013 4 mg/kg(k=2)。标准曲线拟合和标准工作液系列的配制是影响GC-MS/MS法测定大米中溴氰菊酯残留量不确定度的主要因素。本研究所提出的方法可用于分析GC-MS/MS技术在测定大米溴氰菊酯残留含量时的测量不确定性,为拟虫菊酯类农药残留测量结果的准确性提供科学依据。 The uncertainty of deltamethrin residues levels in rice measured by the QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) method was evaluated.The content of deltamethrin in rice was measured and a mathematical model for uncertainty was established.The analysis considered various factors that contributed to uncertainty,including the preparation of a series of standard working solutions,standard curve fitting,sample solutions,method recovery rates and analytical instrument.The results showed that when the determined content of deltamethrin was 0.094 8 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.013 4 mg/kg(k=2).The preparation of standard curve fitting and the preparation of a series of standard working solutions are the main factors affecting the uncertainty in determining deltamethrin residues in rice using the GC-MS/MS method.The method can be used to analyze the measurement uncertainty of GC-MS/MS technology in determining the residual content of deltamethrin in rice.This provided a scientific basis for the accuracy of measurement results for pyrethroid pesticide residues.
