摘要
针对某大型铝土矿采用传统穿孔、爆破开采工艺存在的矿石损失贫化不易控制、开采工作量大、效率低等问题,提出了一种使用露天采矿机的非爆破开采工艺方案,并通过将非爆破开采工艺方案与传统爆破开采工艺进行技术经济比选。应用与实践效果证明,露天采矿机开采工艺具有环保、高效、精确、适应性强、安全性高的特点,其在经济收益、环境效益和社会效益上均更有优势。
A non-blasting mining technology using surface mining machines is proposed to address the problems of difficult control of ore loss and dilution,large mining workload,and low efficiency existing in the traditional drilling&blasting mining technology of a large bauxite mine.The application and practical effects have proven that surface mining machine mining technology has the characteristics of environmental protection,high efficiency,precision,strong adaptability,and high safety.In addition,it is more advantageous in terms of economic benefits,environmental benefits,and social benefits.
