This paper explores the profound impact of the integration of cloud computing and big data technology on the communication industry.With the rapid development of information technology,cloud computing and big data technology have become important forces driving the transformation of the communication industry.The integration of the two not only enhances the computing power and data processing efficiency of communication networks,but also promotes the intelligent and personalized development of communication services.Firstly,the basic concepts and characteristics of cloud computing and big data technology were outlined.Then,the role of their integration in reducing operating costs,improving service quality,optimizing network architecture,and enhancing user experience was analyzed in depth.The significance of the integration of cloud computing and big data technology for the development of the communication industry was summarized,and future development trends were also discussed.
