双护盾TBM步进始发方法探讨

摘要 在采用双护盾硬岩掘进机(TBM)进行隧洞开挖施工时,TBM步进、始发是其中一个很重要的环节。由于受施工现场的空间条件、地形地质条件等多种不利因素的制约,以及TBM本身结构特点的限制,如何实现TBM的快速步进、始发是TBM施工的一个重要课题。笔者以菲律宾卡利瓦大坝项目为例,通过分析和探讨缩短TBM步进始发洞段的设计长度。通过采用TBM分体组装调试、夹轨器步进以及环形反力架始发的方法,仅用4 d就完成TBM步进始发,达到了TBM快速步进、始发的目的,为类似TBM项目的步进始发提供有价值的参考。 When using double shield tunnel boring machine(TBM)for excavation construction,TBM stepping and starting is one of the very important links.Due to the constraints of various unfavorable factors such as the spatial conditions,topographic and geological conditions of the construction site,and the limitations of the structural characteristics of the TBM itself,how to realize the rapid stepping and starting of the TBM is an important issue in tunnel construction.Taking the Kaliwa Dam project in the Philippines as an example,the authors analyze and discuss the design length of the TBM step starting tunnel section.By adopting the method of TBM split assembly and debugging,stepping by rail clamp and starting by circular reaction frame,it takes only four days to complete the TBM stepping and starting,and achieves the purpose of TBM fast stepping and starting,and provides valuable reference for the stepping and starting of similar TBM projects.
