摘要
精准把握乡村地域国土空间特征并优化调控,是充分发挥土地功能与土地安全利用的关键环节,是区域主体功能定位、资源保护与合理开发利用的重要基础。基于“三生”功能视角,集成运用功能评价体系、耦合协调度模型对江苏东海县进行研究,探讨乡村地域国土空间特征并测度其“三生”功能耦合协调状况。在此基础上,借助功能比较优势度与系统聚类法识别出东海县5类优势功能区,针对各区属性特征提出差异性调控措施。结果表明:东海县“三生”各子系统、整体功能指数阈值分别为[0.04~0.43]、[0.05~0.26]、[0.01~0.18]、[0.06~0.32],子系统与整体的功能高度一致,因区域自身特征及外在因素差异使其呈现出明显的异质性;“三生”功能耦合协调性整体较好,中级协调区占47.06%,失调区占11.76%,空间格局整体呈“东高西低”状态;基于RCA指数、耦合协调性,乡村地域国土空间五类优化区的划分与研究区实际情况较为吻合。在明确各区发展定位的基础上,东海县应强调主体功能与协调功能的结合,充分发挥各区域的比较优势,以形成聚合效应,推动区域整体高质量发展。综上,本文依据当地资源禀赋,针对不同区域提出差异化发展建议,为东海县乡村地域国土空间的优化提供了重要的理论支持和实践参考。
Accurately understanding the spatial characteristics of rural land and optimizing regulation is a key aspect of fully utilizing land functions and ensuring land safety.It serves as an important foundation for regional functional positioning,resource protection,and rational development.Based on the"production-life-ecology"functional perspective,this study integrated a functional evaluation system and a coupling coordination model to examine the spatial characteristics of rural land in Donghai County,Jiangsu Province,and to measure the coupling coordination of the"three life"functions.Using functional comparative advantage and system clustering methods,five types of advantageous functional zones in Donghai County were identified,with tailored regulatory measures proposed for each area's characteristics.The results indicated that the functional index thresholds for the"production-life-ecology"subsystems were[0.04–0.43],[0.05–0.26],[0.01–0.18],and[0.06–0.32],respectively,showing a high degree of consistency between subsystems and the overall function,while notable heterogeneity was present due to regional characteristics and external factors.Overall,the coupling coordination of the"three life"functions was good,with 47.06%of areas classified as moderately coordinated and 11.76%as disordered,exhibiting an"east high,west low"spatial pattern.Based on the RCA index and coupling coordination,the five-category optimization zoning of rural land space aligned closely with the actual conditions of the study area.On the basis of clarifying the development positioning of each zone,Donghai County should emphasize the integration of principal and coordinating functions,fully leverage the comparative advantages of each region,thereby creating a cumulative effect and promoting high-quality overall regional development.In conclusion,this paper offeres differentiated development suggestions based on local resource endowments,providing important theoretical support and practical reference for optimizing the rural land space in
