摘要
目的探讨研究免疫比浊法和生化检测法对糖尿病肾病的诊断效果。方法非随机选取2023年2月—2024年2月贵州省黔东南州剑河县人民医院收治的200例疑似糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,采集所有人员的新鲜尿标本,采用免疫比浊法和生化检测法检测,以肾功能检查结果为金标准,对比两种检测方法对糖尿病肾病诊断效能。结果肾功能检查结果显示阳性180例,检出率为90.00%(180/200),免疫比浊法的检出率为82.50%(165/200),生化检测法的检出率为63.50%(127/200)。免疫比浊法的准确度为82.50%(165/200),高于生化检测法的66.50%(133/200),灵敏度为86.11%(155/180),高于生化检测法的66.67%(120/180),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.476、14.255,P均<0.05)。免疫比浊法的特异度为50.00%(10/20),低于生化检测法的65.00%(13/20),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.415,P>0.05)。结论相较于生化检测法,免疫比浊法诊断糖尿病肾病的准确度更高,能有效提升诊断效能,有助于辅助病情诊断。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of immunoturbidimetry and biochemical detection in diabetic nephropathy.Methods 200 suspected diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Jianhe County People's Hospital of Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province from February 2023 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.Fresh urine samples of all patients were collected and detected by immunoturbidimetry and biochemical detection.The results of renal function examination were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the two detection methods in diabetic nephropathy.Results The results of renal function examination showed that 180 cases were positive,the detection rate was 90.00%(180/200),the detection rate of immunoturbidimetry was 82.50%(165/200),and the detection rate of biochemical detection was 63.50%(127/200).The accuracy of immunoturbidimetry was 82.50%(165/200),higher than 66.50%(133/200)of biochemical detection method,and the sensitivity was 86.11%(155/180),higher than 66.67%(120/180)of biochemical detection method,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.476,14.255,both P<0.05).The specificity of immunoturbidimetry was 50.00%(10/20),lower than 65.00%(13/20)of biochemical detection,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.415,P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with biochemical detection,immunoturbidimetry is more accurate in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,which can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency and help to assist the diagnosis of the disease.
