摘要
目的:探讨在进行尿检期间分析尿液干化学法+尿沉渣镜检法运用可行性。方法:将2017年7月~2020年2月本院收治的98例尿检患者尿样作为实验对象;针对所有尿样于临床分别展开尿沉渣镜检、尿液干化学法检验以及尿液干化学法+尿沉渣镜检,最终就尿检结果进行分析。结果:尿液干化学法+尿沉渣镜检组总错误率低于尿沉渣镜检组以及尿液干化学法组(P<0.05);尿液干化学法+尿沉渣镜检组白细胞阳性检出率高于尿沉渣镜检组以及尿液干化学法组(P<0.05)。结论:尿检期间分析尿液干化学法+尿沉渣镜检法的联合应用,同两种方法单纯实施结果比较,可使得尿液检测结果显著提升,对于总错误率降低以及白细胞检出率提升可获得显著效果,从而使尿检结果检出率显著提升。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of using dry chemical urine and sediment microscopy during urine examination.Methods:98 cases of urine test patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to February 2020 were taken as experimental subjects.Urine sediment microscopy,urine dry chemical assay,and urine dry chemical assay plus urine sediment microscopy were carried out for all patients with urinalysis,and the results were finally analyzed.Results:The total error rate of urine dry chemical method+urine sediment microscopy group was significantly lower than that of urine sediment microscopy group and urine dry chemical method group(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of leukocyte in the urine dry chemistry+urine sediment microscopy group was significantly higher than that in the urine sediment microscopy group and the urine dry chemistry group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of urine dry chemical analysis and urine sediment microscopy during urinalysis can significantly improve the detection results of patients with urinalysis,reduce the total error rate and improve the detection rate of white blood cells,and significantly improve the results of urinalysis.
