摘要
目的评估全瓷冠修复对后牙牙体缺损的修复效果及其对咀嚼功能和牙龈状况的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月瓮安县中医医院收治的96例牙体缺损患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规烤瓷冠修复治疗,观察组给予二氧化锆全瓷冠修复治疗。比较两组的修复效果、咀嚼功能、牙龈状况。结果在修复效果方面,观察组的修复体邻面解剖形态、修复体折裂与固位、修复体边缘适合性、修复体表面及边缘着色得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。修复后1年,观察组的咀嚼功能为(80.73±5.64)%。高于对照组的(74.36±4.81)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.954,P<0.05)。修复完1年,观察组牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数及出血指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论全瓷冠修复治疗能显著改善后牙牙体缺损的修复效果、咀嚼功能及牙龈状况,是一种有效的修复方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of all-ceramic crown restoration on posterior tooth defects and its effect on chewing function and gingival status.Methods A total of 96 patients with tooth defects admitted to Weng'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional porcelain crown repair,and the observation group was treated with zirconia all-ceramic crown repair.The repair effects,chewing function and gingival status were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of repair effect,the anatomical morphology of the adjacent surface of the restoration,the fracture and retention of the restoration,the edge suitability of the restoration,and the surface and edge coloring scores of the restoration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).One year after repair,the chewing function of the observation group was(80.73±5.64)%,which was higher than(74.36±4.81)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.954,P<0.05).One year after repair,the plaque index,gingival index and bleeding index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion All-ceramic crown restoration treatment can significantly improve the repair effect,chewing function and gingival status of patients with posterior tooth defect,which is an effective repair method.
