摘要
目的:探讨心理护理联合健康教育在牙体牙髓病老年患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2021年10月北京航天总医院收治的62例牙体牙髓病老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分为研究组和常规组,各31例。常规组进行常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上进行心理护理联合健康教育干预。对比两组焦虑情绪、牙周和牙龈指标、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组牙科焦虑量表评分低于护理前,且研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组牙周探诊深度、牙周附着丧失值、牙龈指数、探诊出血指数、龈沟出血指数均低于护理前,且研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于常规组(P=0.018)。结论:心理护理联合健康教育在牙体牙髓病老年患者中的应用效果较好,可有效改善患者的牙周和牙龈状态,减轻其焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in the elderly patients with endodontic diseases.Methods:A total of sixty-two elderly patients with endodontic disease treated in Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects,and randomly selected into study group and routine group,with thirty-one cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,and the study group received psychological nursing combined with health education intervention on the basis of the routine group.Anxiety,periodontal and gingival indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of dental anxiety scale in two groups were lower than before nursing,and those in study group were lower than those in routine group(P<0.05);after nursing,periodontal probing depth,loss of periodontal attachment,gingival index,probing bleeding index and gingival crevicular bleeding index were all lower in two groups than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P=0.018).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing combined with health education in the elderly patients with endodontic diseases has a good effect,which can effectively improve the periodontal and gingival state of the patients,reduce their anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction.
