质量管理在静脉输液治疗重症患者中的应用价值

摘要 目的研究不同模式下的策略在行静脉输液治疗重症患者中的应用价值。方法选择2021年1月至2023年1月就诊的重症患者168例,随机法分为常规组和质量管理组,每组84例。常规组采用常规管理,质量管理组采用质量管理进行干预,对比2组管理前与管理后生活态度、负性情绪、睡眠质量、生存质量及满意度的变化。结果与常规组比较,质量管理组SF-36生存质量量表、希望量表(HERTH)评分明显提升,匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、恐惧调查量表(CMFS)评分明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量管理在行静脉输液治疗的重症患者中效果较好,管理满意度极高,该策略可改善明显改善重症患者情绪,效果理想。 Objective To study the value of different management modes in severe patients.receiving intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 168 severe patients receiving intravenous infusion who visited our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into routine group(routine management,n=84)and quality management group(quality management intervention,n=84).The changes in life attitude,negative emotions,sleep quality,quality of life and satisfaction were compared before and after management between groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the quality management group had significantly improved the scores of 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and Herth Hope Index(HHI),and significantly decreased the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Mental Fatigue Scale into a Chinese version(CMFS)score(all P<0.05).Conclusion Quality management has a good effective in severe patients receiving intravenous infusion,and the nursing satisfaction is very high,and which can improve their negative mood,with an ideal effect.
