摘要
目的:观察中线导管在神经外科进行输液治疗的并发症原因及综合护理价值。方法:选取200例在神经外科接受输液治疗的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各100例,分别施以外周静脉留置针输液治疗联合常规护理与中线导管输液治疗联合综合护理,比较两组导管留置时间、并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果:观察组导管留置时间长于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中线导管在神经外科进行输液治疗中的应用优势突出,可明显延长导管的留置时间,减少反复穿刺对血管造成的损伤,降低并发症风险,为患者安全及时的用药提供保障,同时辅以综合护理,可大大提升患者的满意度。
Objective To observe the causes of complications and comprehensive nursing value of midline catheter infusion in neurosurgery.Method 200 patients receiving infusion therapy in neurosurgery were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. They were treated with peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion therapy + routine nursing and midline catheter infusion therapy + comprehensive nursing respectively. The catheter indwelling time, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The indwelling time of catheter in the observation group was longer than that in the control group;The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group;The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application advantages of midline catheter in neurosurgery infusion treatment are prominent. It can significantly prolong the indwelling time of catheter, reduce the damage to blood vessels caused by repeated puncture, reduce the risk of complications, provide guarantee for patients′ safe and timely medication, and supplement comprehensive nursing, which can greatly improve patients′ satisfaction.
