中国社区医师统计学继续教育现状及培训需求调查

摘要 目的 了解社区医师对统计学继续教育的现状和培训需求,为社区医师统计学继续教育改革提供参考。方法 在2023年10—12月,对北京市昌平区延寿社区卫生服务中心等7所基层医疗机构的82名社区医师进行自填式问卷调查,内容包括社区医师对统计学的主观态度和认知、对统计学知识的了解情况、统计学继续教育的现状及需求。结果 15.79%的社区医师对统计学有兴趣,65.79%的社区医师每周学习统计学的时间在3小时以下,77.63%的社区医师认为学习统计学困难。对于统计学方法,大部分医师听说过但不会用。61.84%的社区医师认为在课题开展中需要统计学指导或咨询,80.26%的社区医师认为统计学课程需要加入临床及科研案例以结合实际。结论 社区医师对统计学的学习兴趣不强,认为学习统计学困难并感到焦虑,其统计学理论与实践技能均不足。目前的统计学继续教育内容和方式与社区医师的实际工作结合不够,针对性不强,不能满足他们的临床及科研需要,需对教学内容和教学方式等进行改革,提升社区医师参加统计学继续教育的动力,提高其统计学理论水平与实践能力。 Objective To learn community physicians'status and training needs of continuous education in statistics and provide reference for the reform of continuous education in statistics for community physicians.Methods From October to December 2023,a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 82 community physicians from 7 grassroots healthcare institutions,including Beijing Changping Yanshou Community Health Service Center.The survey included the subjective attitude and cognition of community physicians towards statistics,their learning of statistical knowledge,the status and needs of continuous education in statistics.Results 15.79%of community physicians are interested in statistics,65.79%of community physicians study statistics for less than 3 hours per week,and 77.63%of community physicians find learning statistics difficult.Most physicians have heard of statistical methods but do not know how to use them.61.84%of community physicians believe that statistical guidance or consultation is needed during project implementation,and 80.26%of community physicians believe that statistical courses need to incorporate clinical and research cases to combine with reality.Conclusion Community physicians have a weak interest in learning statistics,find it is difficult and anxious to learn statistics.Their statistical theory and practical skills are insufficient.The current content and methods of continuous education in statistics are not sufficiently integrated with the actual work of community physicians,with weak targeting,and cannot meet their clinical and scientific research needs.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the teaching content and methods,enhance the motivation of community physicians to participate in continuous education in statistics,and improve their theoretical and practical abilities in statistics.
