摘要
目的调查我国围术期护理超声的临床应用和教学培训现状,以及继续教育需求。方法于2022年11月-2023年4月面向全国二级或以上医院麻醉科的医师和护士线上发放问卷调查,共收回264份有效问卷,其中医师120名,护士144名,了解其科室围术期护理超声的临床应用与培训情况。对比麻醉科医师和护士掌握床旁超声技术的差异,汇总受访者对围术期护理超声的培训建议。结果受访麻醉科医师和护士在临床使用超声、对超声技术的熟悉程度和对超声知识的熟悉程度3个方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。203位(76.9%)受访者表示麻醉科护士极少或完全不使用床旁超声。有239名(90.5%)受访者支持学习与使用围术期护理超声,并给予培训项目和每项最低学习例数建议。根据调查结果,结合中国重症护理床旁超声标准,提出围术期护理超声继续教育课程设计框架。结论现阶段围术期护理超声临床应用率低、人员培训不足,处于待开发状态,需要建设课程和进行培训实践,通过继续教育提高其临床使用率和技术水平。
Objective To understand the application and training status of perioperative care ultrasound in China,as well as the demand for continuing education.Methods From November 2022 to April 2023,an online questionnaire survey was distributed to doctors and nurses in the department of anesthesiology in secondary or higher-level hospitals across China.A total of 264 responses were selected,including 120 anesthesiologists and 144 anesthesia nurses,the clinical application and training of perioperative care ultrasound in their departments were investigated.The differences in the proficiency and training of point-of-care ultrasound between anesthesiologists and anesthesia nurses were compared,and the training suggestions for perioperative care ultrasound provided by the respondents were collected.Results There were statistically significant differences(P<0.001)between the interviewed anesthesiologists and anesthesia nurses in three aspects:clinical use of ultrasound,familiarity with ultrasound techniques,and familiarity with ultrasound knowledge.A total of 203 respondents(76.9%)indicated that anesthesia nurses rarely or never use point-of-care ultrasound.Furthermore,239 respondents(90.5%)supported the study and implementation of perioperative care ultrasound and provided suggestions for training programs and the minimum number of cases required for learning.Based on the survey results and in conjunction with the Chinese standards for intensive care ultrasound,a framework for the design of continuing medical education curriculum for perioperative care ultrasound was proposed.Conclusion The clinical application rate of perioperative care ultrasound is limited,and the training of anesthesia nurses is insufficient.This situation can be improved by continuing education.
