摘要
明确护理硕士专业学位研究生实践创新能力现状及影响因素。结果显示,护理硕士专业学位研究生的实践创新能力有待提升,高校与实践单位应进一步完善培养策略,发挥导师引导力,满足护理硕士专业学位研究生个性化发展需求,从而提高其实践创新能力。
To clarify the status and influencing factors of practical innovation ability of postgraduates with master of nursing specialist.The results show that the practical innovation ability of postgraduates with master of nursing specialist needs to be improved.Universities and practical units should further improve their training strategies,give full play to the guidance of mentors,meet the personalized development needs of postgraduates with master of nursing specialist,so as to enhance their practical innovation ability.
