木结构透明防火涂料耐老化性能改进研究

摘要 为提高木结构透明防火涂料的耐老化性能,采取在透明防火涂料表面涂覆研制的有机硅改性丙烯酸面漆(配套透明防火涂料),同时对防火膨胀体系(聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺和季戊四醇)中的聚磷酸铵进行包覆处理,并对其结构进行表征。结果表明,当硅丙乳胶与助剂质量比为7∶3时,涂膜综合性能最好、附着力0级、铅笔硬度H、柔韧性1 mm、耐盐水性(3%NaCl)30 d完好、耐水性30 d完好、耐中度盐雾300 h完好;配套透明防火涂料氙灯老化1~7个周期后,老化等级为3级,涂膜还可以保持较好的膨胀能力和炭层致密度;配套透明防火涂料性能达到GB 12441—2018的要求,其中耐燃时间达到23 min,远超国家标准的要求(不低于15 min)。采用有机硅改性丙烯酸面漆进行配套及对防火膨胀体系中的聚磷酸铵进行包覆处理,可提升木结构透明防火涂料的耐老化性能。 In order to improve the aging resistance of transparent fireproof coating for wood structures,two methods were adopted:coating the prepared silicone modified acrylic topcoat on the surface of composite transparent fireproof coating,meanwhile,coating the ammonium polyphosphate in the fire expansion system(e.g.,ammonium polyphosphate,melamine and pentaerythritol).In addition,its structures were characterized.The results show that the film has the best comprehensive performance with adhesion 0,grade pencil hardness H,flexibility1 mm,good salt water resistance(3%NaCl)for 30 days,good water resistance for 30 days,and good moderate salt spray resistance for 300 hours when the mass ratio of silicone acrylic emulsion and additive is 7:3.Furthermore,composite transparent fireproof coating after 1-7 cycles of xenon lamp aging test can achieve an aging level of 3(acceptable).The coating can also maintain good expansion ability and carbon layer density.The performances of the composite transparent fireproof coating meet the requirements of the national standard GB 12441—2018,showing its flame resistance time up to 23 minutes,far exceeding the standard requirement of not less than 15 minutes.The results show that the aging resistance of transparent fireproof coatings for wood structures can be improved by adopting the methods mentioned above.
