摘要
研究了装饰用聚氨酯、酚醛、醇酸型透明膨胀防火涂料的配方及性能,探讨了发泡剂、脱水成炭催化剂、成炭剂三者的配比及用量对防火涂料性能的影响。实验发现,当m(填料):m(漆料)=7:3和m(脱水成炭催化剂):m(成炭剂):m(发泡剂)=6:1:3时,选用聚氨酯清漆为漆基料,氯化石蜡为成炭剂,或同样条件下选用醇酸清漆为漆基料,季戊四醇为成炭剂,防火涂料具有很好的防火性能。而选用酚醛清漆为漆基料,季戊四醇为成炭剂时,m(脱水成炭催化剂):m(成炭剂):m(发泡剂)=10:3:7,涂料具有好的防火性能。
The composition and performance of the polyurethane, phenolic resin, alkyd transparent dilatant fire-retardant coatings for furnishing decoration were studied.The influences of ratio and amount of mixture of foaming agent(F) ,dehydration and carbon-forming catalyst (C) , carbon-forming agent (A) on the performance of the fire retardant coatings were discussed.
